I must say we had excellent service when my daughter bought her I-candy pram etc. nothing was too much trouble. 'as grandparents, we also received the same excellent service when we purchased our isofix and 2nd stage car seat. It was first class personal service with fully qualified safety demonstration and fitting instructions. Unfortunately through no fault of ABC, we had a fault on the isofix a year later. We were given a substitute seat whilst ours was sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Four days later ours was repaired and fitted back into the car for us by Lisa whom we can only give high praise for the customer service she gave to us. She made our whole experience stress free and fully satisfactory. The loan a car seat was very much appreciated, we did not even ask for one and could not have managed to collect our grandchild on the days we childmind him for our daughter without one.
