Our Returns Policy
As per distance selling regulations, if you receive your order and it's not what you were expecting, you have the option to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.
14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy that allows you to get a full refund if the products don’t meet your expectations. Please note that while we offer free delivery, the cost of returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own expense.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in a perfect and unused condition, exactly as they were supplied, with all tags etc. intact. Please take care to package the item(s) carefully to ensure they arrive back to us in the required condition.
Non-Refundable Items
If you return goods that have been used or tried out and are not in the condition as supplied, we will be unable to provide a refund. Additionally, there could be a charge to send the item back to you if it doesn’t meet our return criteria.
Packaging Requirements
Goods must arrive back to us in a condition suitable for a full refund, which means they need to be undamaged, unused, and properly secured in their packaging, just as you received them.
Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will promptly apply a full refund of your original purchase price. The inspection is to ensure the item meets our return conditions, allowing us to proceed with the refund.

If you return goods that have been used at all (even tried) and not as supplied, we will be unable to provide a refund, and there also could be a charge to return the item back to you.
Please contact us for a return reference within 14 days of delivery and confirm an approximate date that we would receive your item back (you must return the item within a week after this reference is provided)
As soon as we have your item back with us and it has been inspected we will immediately apply a full refund of your original purchase price
