With primo Viaggio Lounge, a child can travel rear-facing longer, until their height is 87cm. The car seat is also suitable for air travel.

In the car

Babies can travel in the rear-facing position for longer, until they reach 87 cm in height. It must be installed using the car’s three-point safety belt or the i-Size Base (available separately) if used in the reclined position.

Rear facing seat only

Two ways to fasten in the car:

• With 3-point safety belt: in this case the seat can only be used in the upright position (sitting).
• With the optional extra i-Size base: in this case, it is possible to recline the seat even in the vehicle.

Base i-Size is the safest way to attach the Primo Viaggio i-Size and Lounge car seats in the car. Approved according to the ECE R 129 standard, it is easily fixed to the Isofix hooks of the car without using a seat belt.
