Harnessed Mode

Until your child reaches 105cm (4 years approx.), On the Go is ‘Universal ISOFIX’, utilising the ISOFIX and top-tether attachment points. In harnessed mode, the 5-point harness must be worn at all times and has a maximum capacity of 20kg. Plus, this harness is auto-adjustable with no pesky re-threading required, to make your life easier.

High-Back Booster Seat Mode

Convert On the Go into the high-back booster seat mode when your child is 100cm to 150cm (approx. 4 to 12 years old) to be secured with the vehicle seat belt or vehicle seat belt plus ISOFIX. This padded protector has a 12-position, adjustable head restraint. For added safety  there’s a handy built-in harness holder for when the harness is not in use and even an integral pocket to store the bag in.

Cosatto On the Go i-Size car seat has ISOFIX fittings (an attachment system that uses metal anchor points built into the chassis of the car), and a top-tether ensuring a secure fit. It has a five-point safety harness offering extra safety in the event of a collision by distributing forces over the strongest parts of the body. The harness is tested to a child weight of 20kg to grow with your child for extended safety. This seat also features side impact protection and a thick padded head restraint that can be adjusted to optimum fit. On the Go i-Size also includes anti-slip, energy-absorbing chest pads and tummy pad, plus comfy padded arm rests.

Exclusive Safety Features

In ISOFIX + top-tether mode (up to 105cm or 20kg), On the Go i-Size has an audible tether tension alert. It also comes with the exclusive Cosatto 5 point plus anti-escape system; an anti-wriggle harness that minimises driver distraction, letting you focus on the road rather than your child’s would-be escape attempts. This exclusive anti-escape system goes beyond the standard weight requirement, suiting children up to 20kg. In tests, 9 out of 10 children could not get their arms out of the harness, making it virtually impossible to escape.

Premium Safety with ADAC Level Testing

On the Go i-Size travel car seat has had extensive crash and safety testing as part of the latest R129 / i-Size standard and is suitable from 76cm up to 150cm (minimum 15 months to approx. 12 years). The i-Size standard takes testing further with mandatory side-impact and roll over testing, all using the latest crash test dummies, to help create safer car seats. On the Go i-Size travel car seat is tested beyond the standard R129 speed requirements, in-line with ADAC levels of testing.
